Blooming Spirit was first published in December 2024 as a space for reflection, wellness, and meaningful connection. After that first issue, I took a pause—not because the work no longer mattered, but because I needed to receive. I was moving through grief, and eventually burnout. My body and spirit were asking for something different: less striving, more listening; less pouring out, more allowing myself to be held by rest, care, creativity, and community. That pause became part of the journey.
Now, I'm happy to welcome Blooming Spirit back. This return feels quieter, deeper, and more honest. I'm grateful to share a more readable form of wellness—one that meets us in real life, in our bodies, homes, relationships, rituals, and seasons of change. Within these pages, you'll find reflections on meditation, intuitive wellness, crystals, community, movement, and the small practices that help us come back to ourselves. My hope is that something here encourages you to slow down, notice what you need, and make space for your own becoming.
You do not have to bloom on command. Sometimes blooming begins with resting, receiving, and remembering who you are beneath the exhaustion. Thank you for being here for this next chapter of Blooming Spirit. May these pages offer a little inspiration, companionship, and room to breathe.
With warmth,
Ava
